USA Shipping:  

  • We process orders Monday through Friday in the order they are received. Typically, all USA orders will be shipped within 1-3 business days. Due to high volume during the holiday season, please allow extra time for us to process your order. We appreciate your patience!
  • Need it sooner or have an APO address? We also offer “Priority" with Tracking Number via USPS option at checkout.
  • Ship times may vary due to location, weather and postal delays that are outside of Xpand's control.

Canada Shipping:  

  • All Lace Anchors 2.0 orders will be shipped using Canada Post Lettermail With No Tracking. However, customers have the option to upgrade shipping at checkout.

International Shipping

  • We ship to over 200 countries. Every country has its own laws and regulations. Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. You will be responsible for those additional costs if it may occur.
  • International delivery times will vary and will depend on the country and the shipping option you choose at checkout. Delivery times may vary due to many factors and do not include any customs processing times.

* International Standard Mail and International Expedited Mail via DHL will deliver packages up until the destination country before passed it over to the local couriers for the final leg delivery.

* International Standard Mail and International Expedited Mail via DHL may pass through Germany (DE) depending on the destination country as part of the delivery route

* Xpand has no control over the delivery speed of the local couriers who handles the final delivery of your package. Please be patient and reach out to your local post office if your tracking status show “ARRIVAL IN COUNTRY [DESTINATION COUNTRY - TRACKING UPDATES MAY END HERE, WILL BE DELIVERED SHORTLY]”.

 

Tracking Your Order

  • Please submit your shipping information in English only, excluding any special characters and carefully review your information before placing your order. 
  • Items that are shipped back to Xpand will be subjected to a re-shipping fee if reasons for initial delivery failures indicated by tracking status show the following, but not limited to:
    • Delivery attempted, addressee not known at place of address
    • Mail unclaimed
    • Incomplete, Insufficient, or incorrect address
    • Mail refused by the addressee
    • Refused
  • All shipments will be provided a shipping confirmation email that will include the courier in use and may also include the tracking number (depending on the shipping service level selected).
  • The tracking information provided by the postal carrier serves as absolute proof of delivery. A package that is shown as « Delivered » cannot be subject to a claim. In the case of a missing package with a tracking stating Delivered, the customer is advised to check his mailbox, front desk or contact his/her nearest post office. Unfortunately we cannot help locate a package that is shown as delivered.
  • We are not liable or responsible for loss incurred by the carrier or upon delivery. Because we include tracking on most packages, we are unable to offer refunds or replacements for lost packages. Inquiries about compensation for lost, stolen, or damaged packages should be directed to your selected postal carrier.

 

Returns

  • Xpand has a 90 - Day Satisfaction Guarantee which means that if you’re unsatisfied for any reason, we will accept a return and process a refund accordingly to our Refund Calculation Policy.
  • Returns within 90 days must include all components and sent back in the original packaging.
  • Occasionally and under certain circumstances as deemed necessary by Xpand’ Customer Support we may accept returns past 90 days. Returns over 90 days must be unused, in original packaging and in the same condition that you received it to be eligible for a refund.
  • Returned items will be received and inspected.
  • It may take up to 15 business days for refunds to be approved and processed.
  • All returns must include the "Return Form" inside the returning package in order for our team to process your request.
  • Please send items to our Canadian return facility.

    • An email will be sent to you once inspection is completed by our team. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Banks and credit card companies normally take a few days to clear a transaction so please be patient if the refund does not show automatically.
    • For security reasons we can only refund back to the credit card used during the purchase.
    • We will only process exchanges and refunds for laces that are part of your initial order.

     

    Return and Exchange Shipping

    • Return labels will not be provided. Customer is responsible for paying shipping costs of items that are to be refunded or exchanged.
    • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
    • Please consider using a trackable shipping service. We will not be responsible for items that are not received by our team.

     

    Refund Calculation Policy

    • Full order refunds that took advantage of free shipping, bundle discounts and/or promo code discounts will be refunded the amount minus the cost of standard shipping.
    • Partial refunds on initial orders that took advantage of free shipping, bundle discounts and/or promo code discounts will be recalculated based on the total number of laces kept. The difference between the adjusted total and the initial total will be the amount eligible for refund.
