HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

Our domestic and international shipping rates are detailed below.  For our current free shipping option, some international shipments are only tracked to the exit point of the USA or to the entrance of the destination country.

 

Shipping Location Cost
Domestic (USA) Each standard shipment up to 9 items will incur a charge of $3.95. Shipments with 10 or more items will incur a charge of $5.95.
International Each shipment up to 9 items will incur a charge of $6.95. Shipments with 10 or more items will incur a charge of 8.95.

SOME INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS THAT ARE SHIPPED VIA "STANDARD" MAIL (OUR FREE SHIPPING OPTION) WILL ONLY HAVE TRACKING THROUGHOUT THE USA THEN NOTIFYING THE BUYER THAT THE PACKAGE HAS LEFT THE USA AND/OR HAS ARRIVED IN THE DESTINATION COUNTRY.  WE CAN'T CONTROL THE AMOUNT OF TIME THAT CUSTOMS HOLDS PACKAGES WITH THIS SHIPPING METHOD.  SOME COUNTRIES CUSTOMS DEPARTMENTS IN RARE CASES CAN HOLD PACKAGES UP TO 45 DAYS AFTER ARRIVAL INTO THE DESTINATION COUNTRY. WHEN CHOOSING THE "STANDARD" MAIL SHIPPING METHOD WE DO REQUIRE 45 DAYS AFTER THE PACKAGE HAS LEFT OR ARRIVED IN THE DESTINATION COUNTRY BEFORE FILING A MISSING PACKAGE CLAIM FOLLOWED BY A RESHIPMENT IF THE PACKAGE IS INDEED MISSING.

 

Satisfaction Guarantee

We have thousands of satisfied customers and we're sure you'll be satisfied by our product as well. However, if you're unsatisfied for any reason, simply return the package to the following address: PO Box 1908, Anacortes, WA 98221 and include your name, email address and phone number stating you would like a refund or exchange.  Once received we will provide a full product refund minus your shipping charges.

 

Returns & exchanges USA

All un-opened, un-used products may be returned if notified by email within 20 days of purchase date.  We will not refund any open packages or used products.  Everything we ship is brand new and in brand new condition and must appear this way when returned.  All products are subject to a 20% fee for restocking/credit card/PayPal transaction fees.  

If coupon codes are used all sales are final. No returns will be accepted.

All exchanges are free of charge including shipping both ways if the product is defective or if the wrong product/item was shipped.  If the exchange is due to customer error we will exchange free of charge, but the customer is responsible for shipping costs both ways.

We are not responsible for shoelaces that do not match your monitors color settings.  It is impossible for us to match the color of our laces with everyones different monitor settings and color configurations.  If you order a shoelace color that you are not happy with we will provide a full refund or color swap but the customer will be responsible for the shipping charges.

When returning please provide with the package your reason for returning, your full name, order#, or PayPal transaction#, email address and date that you ordered and return to the address listed below.

We do not accept returns past 90 days (3 months).
